How to uninstall the app

Before uninstalling the app, please make sure that you have removed all active locks on your store, Removal of the app with enabled locks may make your website inaccessible!

We are truly sorry that you decided to uninstall the app, if you have faced an issue with the app, please consider contacting our customer support team first, they would be able to assist you and have the issue resolved.

The uninstall process for Easy Lockdown can be a bit involved, we'd be more than happy to help, please reinstall the app (you won't be charged, we have a 7 day free trial), and then our support team can send you a collaborator request for access, then we can double check things and ensure the app is properly removed for you. (When you setup Easy Lockdown it needs to modify the store's theme code in order to implement the locks, and then that can require extra work to uninstall.)

After making sure that all locks have been removed, you need to go to your store settings:

Then go to "Apps and sales channels", under which you will see the app, go to the three dots next to the app:

Once you stop over the three dots, you should see the word "Uninstall" in red, press on it to uninstall the app:
